How much does shipping cost?

We use quick and efficient couriers for all shipping anywhere within South Africa — door-to-door.

• Free shipping on all orders above R950

• For orders below R950, the following courier rates apply (VAT inclusive):

Any surcharges on delivery, as quoted directly by our couriers, remain the responsibility of the customer (usually for very remote or high-risk areas).

In rare cases where the parcel size/weight exceeds the couriers’ standard allowance, an additional surcharge may apply. We’ll contact you before shipping if this is the case.

How long does shipping take?

• Order processing / fulfilment: 1–2 working days

• Courier collection: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Transit times after collection:

  • Main centres: approx. 2–3 working days

  • Outlying & remote areas: approx. 2–5 working days (surcharges may apply depending on the exact area)

Tracking your order

Once your order has been fulfilled and booked with the courier, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Shipping to a different address

Yes! You can enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address during checkout. This is ideal if you’d like your order delivered to your office, a friend, or directly as a gift.
