Refund & Returns Policy

| Return Window | 5 days from receipt of the item |
| Eligible Items | Must be unused, in the same condition as received, with receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or not what was ordered. |
| Refunds | Refunds are only processed if a replacement item is unavailable, in accordance with the return process outlined below. |
| Courier Fees | Haven covers all courier collection and resend fees for approved returns and exchanges. |
| How to Process a Return | Email support@copperhaven.co.za with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will contact you regarding collection of the return item(s) and delivery of the new item(s). |
| Processing Time | Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reflect. |
| Exchanges | If a replacement for the same item is available, we’ll gladly send it to you once the return is processed. If there is no replacement available, a refund will be processed in line with the above return process. |
| Damages / Wrong Items | Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. |
